HighPoints’ Promise

Quality and Excellence is
our promise to you.

We know it is very critical to a school to have qualified and experienced teachers who not only know their subject well, but also posses a good set of soft skills to teach students.

We follow a stringent selection process before adding any teacher to our educator pool. We qualify our teachers with -

  • In-person interviews
  • Certification evaluation
  • Every applicant is required to excel in subject matter assessment
  • Soft skill assessment

In our soft skill assessment, we ensure a teacher has following benchmarks:

Be an excellent
communicator

Demonstrate
Leadership

Be a good
team player

Cultural Awareness
– social and emotional
intelligence

Good problem-solving
capabilities

While the world is shifting towards AI at a very fast pace, not everyone is able to keep up with the changes and advancements in the technology. In our experience we have found not every student is able to enjoy learning in a digital classroom.

We solve this problem by offering a hybrid model of learning.

In hybrid we work alongside your existing teaching staff and facilitate a mix of in-person and virtual teaching, where a schoolteacher can continue taking classes and High Point educator steps-in online to cover any extra classes required by the students.

HighPoints K-12 Resources will address gaps that may arise due to teacher unavailability. Our teaching team is ready to go-live with short notice.
